In general, the User is not required to provide any information to use the Website. However, in order to use certain services, it may be necessary to provide the Operator with certain personal data.

Cookies may store information about the parameters of your browsing device, your browser and any preferences you may have set, and your previous visits, so that we can provide you with a better user experience.
In addition, the website may place cookies on the User's browsing device if you explicitly agree to this when you first access the website. Importantly, these cookies are not placed by the Operator, but on the User's own browsing device, so it is the User who has full control over them.
Scope of data processed in connection with cookies
In addition to any data provided above, the use of cookies placed on the User's computer during the visit of the Website may automatically record the starting and ending time of the User's visit, his/her IP address and in some cases, depending on the settings of the User's computer, the browser, the type of operating system, the language, the parameters of the User's device, the settings made by the User on the Website, the sub-pages visited and the time spent on them. The Operator does not and cannot link this data to personal data, which you decide to share by expressly authorising us to do so and by setting your browser cookies.

Purpose of data processing
Cookies are used to improve the user experience. Through the use of cookies, the system automatically generates statistical data on the duration of the visit, the pages visited, in order to enable the Operator to further improve and optimise the services of the Website, to tailor them even more to the User's needs. The Operator also uses cookies to provide the User with content that is consistent with the User's previous activity during the next visit, to automatically load its own settings, thus making the use of the Website more convenient.
The Operator will keep all data and facts about Users confidential and will use them only to improve its services and to compile its own statistics. The publication of these statements is only in a form that does not allow the individual identification of each User.
The Operator will not transfer, disclose, sell, rent or lease your personal data or make it available to third parties without your consent, except as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Statement or as required by law.
Duration of data processing
The session IDs are automatically deleted when you leave the Website, but another part of the cookies helps the Operator to be aware of the User's previous settings, the data and information provided by the User, other characteristics of his/her use of the Website, so that he/she does not have to re-enter them on the next visit and his/her settings are automatically loaded to provide a more pleasant user experience. The expiry dates of these cookies vary, but they are typically present on the User's device until they are deleted by the User.
The Operator shall not be liable for any previous pages that have been deleted but archived with the help of Internet search engines. The operator of the search site is responsible for their removal.
Data subjects, data processors
Your data will be made available to the relevant employees of Future of Media Kft., who will also process the data you have provided. Future of Media Kft. is committed to processing the personal data you provide in accordance with the applicable laws and this Notice.
The Operator stores the personal data on the servers of Future of Media Kft. (address: 1051 Budapest, Október 6. str. 3. e-mail: info@futureofmedia.hu), which are protected by 24-hour personal security and located on the Hungarian Internet backbone.
Data protection rights and remedies
Rights of the data subject
Based on Articles 15-20 of the GDPR, you have the right to have your personal data processed by Future of Media Kft.
- have access to personal data;
- request the rectification of personal data;
- request the deletion of personal data;
- request the restriction of the processing of personal data;
- object to the processing of your personal data;
- receive personal data and transfer them to another controller, provided that the legal preconditions for this are met (right to data portability, see below);
- if your personal data is processed on the basis of your consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time.
You can send your request to exercise these rights to the contact details indicated in the "General provisions". Future of Media will inform you of any action taken in response to your request without undue delay, but normally within 30 days of receipt of the request. If Future of Media fails to take action, it will inform you of the reasons for its failure to act without delay and at the latest within 30 days of receipt of the request. If you disagree with Future of Media's response or action, you have the right to appeal. Future of Media will inform all recipients of any rectification, erasure or restriction of processing to whom or with which the personal data have been disclosed, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. Upon request, Future of Media will provide information on the recipients.
Right of access
You have the right to receive feedback from Future of Media as to whether your personal data is being processed and, if such processing is ongoing, you have the right to access the personal data and to be informed of the circumstances surrounding its processing. The information requested may include, among other things, the purposes of the processing; the categories of personal data; the recipients or categories of recipients to whom or with which the personal data have been or will be disclosed by Future of Media; the envisaged period of storage of the personal data; and, where the data have not been collected directly from you, any available information about their source.
Correction
You have the right to request Future of Media to correct inaccurate personal data without undue delay and to request that incomplete personal data be completed.
Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
You have the right to request that Future of Media delete your personal data without undue delay if one of the following grounds applies:
- personal data is no longer needed;
- if the consent on the basis of which the processing is based is withdrawn and there is no other legal basis for the processing;
- you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing;
- if the personal data was unlawfully processed by Future of Media;
- if the personal data must be erased by law.
The data will not be deleted by Future of Media if the processing is necessary for one of the following reasons: (i) for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information; (ii) to comply with an obligation under the law that requires the processing of personal data; (iii) or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Right to restriction of processing
- At your request, you have the right to have Future of Media restrict the processing of your data if one of the following conditions is met:
- You contest the accuracy of the personal data, in which case the limitation applies for the period of time that allows Future of Media to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
- the processing is unlawful and you object to the deletion of the data and instead request the restriction of their use;
- Future of Media no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of processing, but you require it for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; or
- You have objected to the processing; in this case, the restriction applies for the period until it is established whether the legitimate grounds of the controller prevail over the legitimate grounds of the data subject.
- Where processing is restricted, the personal data subject to the restriction may be processed, except for storage, only with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for important public interests of the Union or of a Member State. Future of Media will inform you in advance of the lifting of the restriction.
The right to protest
You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data based on the legitimate interests of Future of Media. In such a case, Future of Media may no longer process the personal data unless the controller can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
The right to data portability
As long as it does not infringe the rights and freedoms of others, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. You also have the right to have this data transferred directly by Future of Media to another data controller if
- the processing is based on your consent or is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party or is necessary for taking steps at your request prior to entering into the contract; and
- data is processed in an automated way, i.e. personal data is processed in an IT system and not on paper.
