Application support and maintenance
From emergency troubleshooting to a state-of-the-art internal support team; we provide ongoing support and maintenance throughout the lifecycle of your software, even if we didn't build it.
Technological innovations and developments, coupled with changes to your business, can mean that your application may not work as well as it once did. That's why it's important that your software receives ongoing support and maintenance to ensure your users get the most out of all its features.
About our app support
The joint work does not end with the delivery of the project. We provide long-term support for our applications. Even if we didn't build your application or system, we'll take over and provide full, consistent, tailored support.
Our existing customers benefit from full support from the moment of go-live, as stipulated in the contract of the software they order, such as:
- priority bug fixing
- assistance with any function that you or your clients are not familiar with
- telephone and e-mail support
- background system maintenance
- database maintenance and analysis
- remote assistance - we control your or the end user's computer to solve the problem directly
- restoring from backup, if necessary
- rolling back data or, if necessary, merging data from previous versions
- importing and exporting data
We work under a clear, flat-fee support contract, which means we are committed to responding quickly to your needs.
For existing clients
All support requests are recorded and tracked in our internal system, so your problem can be solved quickly or your question answered quickly thanks to our in-house experts.
Are you our client and need help?
Please send an email to support@futureofmedia.hu with the following information:
- a full description of the problem (browser type and version if running in a browser)

To take a screenshot:
- Using Windows, click on the [Print Screen] button (usually located in the top right-hand corner of the keyboard). Nothing appears to happen, but the computer has saved the image to its memory.
Using a Mac, use the key combination CMD+Shift+3. By default, the image will be on the desktop, which you just need to send to us. - open a blank email and paste/upload the image
- send us your message, describing in the e-mail what happened before the error occurred.
