    How do we help our partners?

    ​​​​​We work closely with our partners to understand the business process and the challenge to be solved, and then recommend the most adequate type of application development, for example:

    • web-based applications with remote, local, synchronised or multi-tenant database backend,
    • web-based applications with a comprehensive CRM system,
    • a mix of front-end, back-end and supplier/customer portal systems,
    • desktop application with remote (cloud) databases or local databases that can be synchronised with central database systems,

    Who will own the application?

    The intellectual property rights of the application are fully owned by the customer, so our partners do not have to pay any licence fees for the use of the software developed for them. We do not use proprietary technology or plug-ins in our developments. This ensures that everything we build is sustainable in the long term. Any software developer - who has received Microsoft training - can continue working on our applications.

     
     

    Technology and planning 

    As an official Microsoft Partner, we primarily use Microsoft products and tools to develop your web applications.
    Our front-end development is done using standard HTML and JavaScript technology that can be interpreted by any browser in the world. These are served with ASP.NET or C# code. For the back-end, we also combine the latest technical platforms, including Microsoft SQL Server or Web Services. We also have many years of experience with JavaScript and AJAX solutions for the interactivity of applications and websites, and we work on MySQL and Oracle systems on demand.

    While we place great emphasis on prior needs assessment, we know that it is almost impossible to answer all functionality questions in advance. That's why we keep in close contact with our partners throughout our projects, involving them in the testing process to ensure that the end result is truly useful and tailored to user needs.

     
     

    Once the web application is done

    We won't leave our partners behind even after the project is finished. We take pride in what we deliver and want our customers to get the most out of the application, so:

    • We provide user documentation in plain English and do not bore our partners with useless technical terminology.
    • We offer full training for our applications, either at our clients' offices or at our premises in Budapest.
    • We provide ongoing support on demand, with flat-rate support contracts and priority availability.
    • We also provide hosting services for our applications on request. We've invested heavily in building a secure, scalable and lightning-fast infrastructure that provides adequate protection against potential cybersecurity risks.
