UI/UX planning

An app is not useful if users find it difficult to learn or inconvenient to use, they will be reluctant to use it. With our UI/UX design services, we help you make your application easy to use and transparent, so that your customers and colleagues can make the most of the different features.

What does a UI/UX design process consist of?

  • Understanding
Before we start planning, it is important to understand the project and the short and long-term goals to be achieved.
  • Identifying target group(s)
We map the characteristics of the target group and create person zones for each group. Through these personas we collect and prioritise the needs, preferences, fears or difficulties of the future users.
  • Process planning (user journey)
Here, we are not yet planning specific interfaces, but outlining all possible processes step-by-step, starting with the 2-3 most important pathways based on the objectives and target group characteristics.
  • Planning of screens
After defining the target groups and processes, we start designing the concrete screens. First in the form of a wireframe (structural sketch), a graphic design and then a clickable prototype.
  • Testing
The way testing is done can vary depending on the type and purpose of the application, the size of the project and the target audience, from simple usability tests, to heat-map analyses, to surveys of eye movement, browsing time or click-through rates.

As an integral part of the planning process, we use the information from the testing to go back to the required phase and modify and fine-tune it to achieve the desired result.
